THE BLUE TREE

ART BASED COUNSELING

Think of cave paintings... or the finger paintings you might have made as toddlers. We had a handful of words and a heart full of intuitively created art!

Drawing and painting as a therapeutic practice can help us tune-in to our mind and body. A non-judgmental and safe environment provides the opportunity to experience an inward journey. Visuals, as non-verbal communication tools, support the expression and unraveling of complicated or unclear emotions and ideas.

Making art in counseling sessions, can help address :

    Emotional turmoil

    Anxiety

    Anger

    Low self-esteem

    Body-image issues

    Relationship worries

    Problems at the workplace

    Depression

    Fears

Struggles that weigh you down...

At the Blue Tree, the aim is to reconnect with fearless joy while dealing with anxiety.

HOW THIS WORKS

  1. Drop an email with your contact details and I'll try my best to call you by the end of the day.

  2. Schedule a short session so we can get to know each other. This session is not charged.
You are welcome to visit the studio space. Phone calls work too.

  3. You can start coming in for routine sessions as often as twice a week.
Since this is a steady process and requires you to stay tuned-in, try to schedule sessions
    at least once a month.

  4. Counseling involves talking as well as art-making. All materials are provided.

WE WERE ALL PAINTERS ONCE...
UNTIL WE WERE ASKED TO COLOUR INSIDE THE LINES
